Specially engineered for the Olympus E‑M1, the PT‑EP11 underwater case is waterproof up to a water pressure equivalent to a depth of 45 meters. With its durable, high quality polycarbonate construction, it protects the camera from water while also cushioning it from knocks and bumps on land.

The PT‑EP11 is a Micro Four Thirds underwater housing which due to the exchangeable lens port (separately available) allows the optional use of different Micro Four Thirds lenses or even Four Thirds lenses. The E‑M1 is equipped with a wireless flash control function, and with the bundled FL‑LM2, a dedicated underwater flash like the UFL‑2 can be controlled for flash photography.
The most critical aspect of underwater photography is the viewing system. Now you can enjoy a clear and large view of the underwater world with the PT‑EP11 as it comes with a very convenient extra ‑ a detachable eye‑magnifier. The eye‑magnifier gives you 100% visibility of the extra large E‑M1 electronic view finder while wearing a diving mask. And as it is detachable, it can easily be unscrewed if desired.
