Shipping:
Our standard shipping method is through EMS (Express Mail Service). When your order is shipped we will send you the EMS tracking number. Normal delivery time to most countries is 5-7 days from the shipping date although to some countries this may be up to 14 days. The cost for shipping and insurance will depend on the weight and value of your purchased items together with the destination country. You will be informed of shipping costs when you proceed to checkout.
Please note that our international shipping charges do not include import taxies, duties or customs clearance charges. Should your country impose any charges in accordance with import laws, these will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery/collection.
Returns:
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only. DiverVision accepts no responsibility for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. If any of the above conditions are not met, DiverVision reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.
Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of delivery. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items that are opened or returned more than 7 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by PayPal will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. DiverVision will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
DiverVision will not accept returns on:
- Underwater equipment once submerged.
- Processing equipment once used with chemicals.
- Blister-packed items once opened.
- Original manufacturer computers, computer products, software once opened.
- Custom-built equipments and Special Order merchandise.
- All consumables, including but not limited to recordable media, film, digital memory, tapes, batteries, paper, chemicals, bulbs, etc.
Warranty:
Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by this company are covered by a one year warranty. Items must be shipped back to us for warranty service to be carried out. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
