		The UCL-165AD close-up lens has a 165mm focal length and makes high magnification close-up photography possible by shortening the close focus distance, allowing the photographer to get closer to the subject. Also, the lens is designed to work effectively both above and below water, allowing the photographer to capture macro subjects above water, and in wet or splash type environments. Instead of a threaded mounting system, Inon ?AD? series lenses have an ?AD? bayonet mount for quick and secure ?one touch? underwater attachment or removal. The UCL-165AD can be mounted to camera housings with an Inon AD Mount Base, 28AD Mount Base or 28AD Port, sold separately. There are many AD Mount compatible bases/ports available for specific housing models. Note: If using this lens with a "28AD Mount Base DC40" for Canon WP-DC40 housing, or a "28AD Port PT-027/020" for Olympus PT-027 & PT-020 housings, an "AD Mount Converter for UCL-165AD" part is necessary. This mount converter part fits between the 28AD base/port and UCL-165AD close-up lens, enabling attachment. Possible to stack multiple UCL-165AD lenses to allow for even higher magnification macro imaging, as each lens body has an AD Bayonet mount on the outside as well.
